The Threeways Centre
On the busiest street in Kenton, you’ll find the Threeways Centre. A landmark in the village, this centre boasts a variety of both retail and service options.
Visit Threeways for a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. Comprising 12 shops including a clothing store, a lifestyle store, a décor/gift shop, a beauty salon, an eclectic music store, a veterinary clinic, a health & fitness centre, a pilates studio, solar power solutions, shared office space, architect offices and a real estate agent too.
History
Where It All Began
The Threeways Centre was built during the1960’s by Cedric Wilmot who was a part owner. It was the second oldest construction in the main street, after BUCO, which was originally Pike’s Store.
Ownership of the building changed hands to Cholwich and Dugmore and later to George and Nan Green and Ian Brown. In those days, George was an editor of the Herald and later the Star prior to becoming a storekeeper at Threeways.
Ronnie Kelly purchased the Centre from Green, Green and Brown in 1980 with ownership changing recently again when Adam and Jody Bunkell purchased the property mid-2023.
